Terms of the Agreement

This contract is a 5 page agreement made between

WebTiger Technologies,  E2 GL 4 Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 [Hereinafter called “WebTiger”. Webtiger is an IT company which offer web design and development service.]

and  You                      

Breakup & Execution

Phase 1: Understanding, contract and 50% advance.

Phase 2: Showcasing the designs of pages in image format.

Phase 3: Development of approved designs.

Phase 4: Installation, Testing and debugging on client’s server.

50% Advance of the total amount would be required before the actual work starts. The balance will become due as understood/stated in the agreement.

The client has a right to pull back anytime without reason prior to second phase and the advance will not be refunded. The client also has the right to get the work done from us to their reasonable satisfactory level.

Any discrepancies related to WebTiger Technologies should be notified in written email format within 7 days of delivery. All billings would be done in the name of WebTiger Technologies via Cheque or Online Banking or website www.webtiger.in

 

None of our employees should be offered independent work by the client for a maximum period of 1 year from the day of engagement.

Service Delivery

1. WebTiger Technologies warrants that its services will be rendered in a professional and workmanlike manner consistent with international standards. However timely delivery of certain services is dependent on information and service being provided by the client and third parties. Project timeline delays caused due to non-availability of such information and service will not fall under our responsibility.

2. We shall make our utmost sincere efforts in making our client aware of such impeding situations if foreseen and work, assist and guide the client to overcome such a situation. We shall also assist the client as and when their involvement in the project is essential.

3. Any hosting and domain registration charges will be extra as actual if not specified in the contract.

4. If Client requires specific detailed deliverables of the project and wants us to sign, we would do that upon presentation of such paper/s. The summary should be signed and attached with this contract at the time of engagement. Major deviation beyond the list would bear a charge over and above the mentioned cost.

5. Copy Right Clause: WebTiger will not be responsible for any content/images on website. Content/image on website will be provided by the client. If the client takes WebTiger’s Content Creation Service, then WebTiger will take responsibility for any issues. WebTiger will not provide Code/API to the client. If the client requires code then there will be percentage of total project cost given to WebTiger. Percentage will be decided by WebTiger.

6. Domain Policy/Service Termination Clause/Data Policy: WebTiger reserves all the rights related to domain purchased by WebTiger. Domain purchase by WebTiger will be non-transferable and non-refundable. Domain is valid for 1 year after which it needs to be renewed before expiration. Client has to pay for the same if the client wants to renew it. In the event of no response/no coordination/no approvals, WebTiger retains the right to terminate service after 30 days of trying for co-ordination with the client. In case of Service Termination the client will be liable to pay 100% amount of total project cost. After signing this agreement & payment signup, client shall not terminate the service and is liable to pay the whole amount of service. If the client withdraws the project in between, Client has to pay entire Project Cost to WebTiger on the day of project cancelation. In case of Cyber Consulting WebTiger only provides the Consulting Services and do not take any responsibility/guaranty/commitment for delivery of any result.

The Client has an option to upload multiple banners on their e-commerce portal.

The visitors on your e-commerce portal will have an access to unlimited bandwidth.

·         Add to Cart Option

The Client’s e-commerce portal will have Add to Cart feature to facilitate easy buying.

·         Customized Design from Admin Panel

The Client has the choice to design the web front from Admin Panel according to personalized requirement.

·         My Account Option

The visitors on your e-commerce portal will have an option to create their own Customer Account.

·         Product Management

The Client has an option to manage their products as per their requirement as in listing the Name, Price, Description, Images, MOQ(Minimum Order Quantity), SEO keywords, Model Number, UPC(Universal Product Code), EAN Number (European Article Number), ISBN Number (International Standard Book Number) etc.

·         Content Management

The Client has an option to create and update all the product literature on the e-commerce portal.

·         Track Order Management

The Client has an option to track and update status of shipment. 

·         Stock Management

The Client can update and track the inventory status for each product, can create a safety stock, and can manage out of stock inventory.

·         Shipping Charge Management

The Client has an option to design the Shipping Charge pattern upon its requirement.

·         Coupon Code Creation

The Client can generate multiple coupons offers for site promotion for their customer.

·         Filter by Price/Brand/Manufacturer

The Client will be provided an option to filter each product by Price/Brand/Manufacturer.

·         Responsive Design

The Client e-commerce portal will have a responsive design to adapt its visibility depending upon the browser’s compatibility.

·         Product Search Option

The Client will have integrated AGIX search option.

·         Printable Order Invoice

The Client will be able to generate printable invoices and dispatch note from the portal itself.

·         Gift voucher Management

The Client has an option to create Gift Vouchers for their end customer for business promotion and festivities.

·         Site Map

The Client will have their personalized Site Map.

·         Inbuilt SEO Key Word Input Option

The Client will have Google Indexing for their product and services.

·         News Letter Subscription

The client has an option to send News Letter to their registered customers to keep them updated about new developments.

·         E-Mail Marketing with Sign-Up Customer

The client has an option to send E-Mail Marketing to their registered customers to keep them updated about new developments.

·         Unlimited Greetings Offers to the Registered Customers

The Client has an option to send automated Greetings Offers for their registered customer for business promotion and festivities.

·         Evaluation of Total Online Traffic on the Website

The Client can access the total footfall on their e-commerce portal through Google Analytics.

·         Customer Notification System by Add Order History like Processing/Shipped via E-Mail and SMS

The Customer will get notified as per the changes made by the Client through E-Mail or SMS.

·         Review List and Customer can Review through Facebook/Twitter

The Client customers can review and submit through Facebook/Twitter but the right to publish the reviews lies with the Client.

·         Anti-Fraud Control

The Client can Ban particular fraudulent IP after that the particular customer will not be able to see the portal.

·         SSL Integration

The Client can integrate SSL to enhance its security.

·         Multiple Report Generation like Order/Customer/Product/Return

The Client can generate multiple reports depending upon their requirement.

·         Multiple Currency Support

The Client has an option to integrate Multiple Currency Support system to enhance International Business.

·         OTP Generation for First Time Registered Customer

The Client will get verified customer data on their portal.

·         Live Chat

The Client has an access to have Live Chat with their Live Customers for enhance customer delight.

·         Automatic Order Detail Invoice on Customer and Owner E-Mail Id

The Customer will get detailed invoice as per the changes made by the Client through E-Mail or SMS.

·         Automatic Welcome Mail on Customer E-Mail Id for First Time Registered Customer

The Customer will get an Automatic Welcome Mail on their registered email id.

·         Six Digit SMS Sender ID

The Client will get their personalized 6 digit alphabetic sender Id for Transactional and Promotional SMS.

·         Auto Product Image Resizing

The Client will have an Auto Resizing feature on their e-commerce portal.

·         Login and Registration with E-Mail Id and Mobile Number

The Client’s customer will have an option to Login through E-Mail or Mobile Number.

·         WebTiger Dedicated Support Manager

The Client will have their Dedicated Support Manager.

·         One Year AMC

The Client will get Technical Support and Bug Removal support.

 

Payment Terms:

1. Prices quoted are valid for 20 days from the date of submission. All prices are exclusive of service tax, applicable @ 15 % by the Govt. of India.

2. We will only remind our clients for payments due beyond 7 days of submission of the invoice. In case of non-clearance of an invoice beyond 20 days of submission of the same, a delay charge commensurate to existing savings bank interest rates would be charged over the invoice amount.

     We shall make our utmost sincere efforts in making our client aware of such impeding situations if foreseen and work, assist and guide the client to overcome such a situation. We shall also assist the client as and when their involvement in the project is essential.
